Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACTR17C.dll
2.Extract ACTR17C.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACTR17C.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACTR17C.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACTR17C.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACTR17C.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACTR17C.dll and press Enter.
