Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACTimer.dll
2.Extract ACTimer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACTimer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACTimer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACTimer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACTimer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACTimer.dll and press Enter.
