Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ASPNETClient2111.dll
2.Extract ASPNETClient2111.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ASPNETClient2111.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ASPNETClient2111.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ASPNETClient2111.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ASPNETClient2111.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ASPNETClient2111.dll and press Enter.
