Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AgLTest.dll
2.Extract AgLTest.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgLTest.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgLTest.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgLTest.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AgLTest.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AgLTest.dll and press Enter.
