Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AmSeiko4500SCSILOC.dll
2.Extract AmSeiko4500SCSILOC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AmSeiko4500SCSILOC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AmSeiko4500SCSILOC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AmSeiko4500SCSILOC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AmSeiko4500SCSILOC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AmSeiko4500SCSILOC.dll and press Enter.
