Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AvcHD2AviCse.dll
2.Extract AvcHD2AviCse.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AvcHD2AviCse.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AvcHD2AviCse.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AvcHD2AviCse.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AvcHD2AviCse.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AvcHD2AviCse.dll and press Enter.
