Using the zip or rar file
1.Download aahRetPS.dll
2.Extract aahRetPS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract aahRetPS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aahRetPS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aahRetPS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aahRetPS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aahRetPS.dll and press Enter.
