Using the zip or rar file
1.Download amiClient.dll
2.Extract amiClient.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract amiClient.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting amiClient.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract amiClient.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place amiClient.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 amiClient.dll and press Enter.
