Using the zip or rar file
1.Download armmp4h263dechwdevice.dll
2.Extract armmp4h263dechwdevice.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract armmp4h263dechwdevice.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting armmp4h263dechwdevice.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract armmp4h263dechwdevice.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place armmp4h263dechwdevice.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 armmp4h263dechwdevice.dll and press Enter.
