Using the zip or rar file
1.Download atsc3cli.dll
2.Extract atsc3cli.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract atsc3cli.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting atsc3cli.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract atsc3cli.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place atsc3cli.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 atsc3cli.dll and press Enter.
