Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A61q.dll
2.Extract A61q.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract A61q.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A61q.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A61q.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A61q.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A61q.dll and press Enter.
