Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACRR10S.dll
2.Extract ACRR10S.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACRR10S.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACRR10S.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACRR10S.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACRR10S.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACRR10S.dll and press Enter.
