Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACTR70C.dll
2.Extract ACTR70C.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACTR70C.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACTR70C.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACTR70C.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACTR70C.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACTR70C.dll and press Enter.
