Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AgUiCnToolPlugins.dll
2.Extract AgUiCnToolPlugins.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgUiCnToolPlugins.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgUiCnToolPlugins.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgUiCnToolPlugins.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AgUiCnToolPlugins.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AgUiCnToolPlugins.dll and press Enter.
