Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AlertPro.dll
2.Extract AlertPro.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AlertPro.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AlertPro.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AlertPro.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AlertPro.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AlertPro.dll and press Enter.
