Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ArCrypto.dll
2.Extract ArCrypto.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ArCrypto.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ArCrypto.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ArCrypto.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ArCrypto.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ArCrypto.dll and press Enter.
