Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Au10DAL.dll
2.Extract Au10DAL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Au10DAL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Au10DAL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Au10DAL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Au10DAL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Au10DAL.dll and press Enter.
