Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AutoID.dll
2.Extract AutoID.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AutoID.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AutoID.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AutoID.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AutoID.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AutoID.dll and press Enter.
