Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AxViewerX.dll
2.Extract AxViewerX.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AxViewerX.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AxViewerX.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AxViewerX.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AxViewerX.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AxViewerX.dll and press Enter.
