Using the zip or rar file
1.Download alp41basic.dll
2.Extract alp41basic.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract alp41basic.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting alp41basic.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract alp41basic.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place alp41basic.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 alp41basic.dll and press Enter.
