Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ABQSMASelModule.dll
2.Extract ABQSMASelModule.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ABQSMASelModule.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ABQSMASelModule.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ABQSMASelModule.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ABQSMASelModule.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ABQSMASelModule.dll and press Enter.
