Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ABQSMAShaShared.dll
2.Extract ABQSMAShaShared.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ABQSMAShaShared.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ABQSMAShaShared.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ABQSMAShaShared.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ABQSMAShaShared.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ABQSMAShaShared.dll and press Enter.
