Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AIO23xml.dll
2.Extract AIO23xml.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AIO23xml.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AIO23xml.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AIO23xml.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AIO23xml.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AIO23xml.dll and press Enter.
