Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AcEPlotCommon.dll
2.Extract AcEPlotCommon.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AcEPlotCommon.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AcEPlotCommon.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AcEPlotCommon.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AcEPlotCommon.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AcEPlotCommon.dll and press Enter.
