Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AcWinRT.dll 6.2.9200.16420
2.Extract AcWinRT.dll 6.2.9200.16420 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AcWinRT.dll 6.2.9200.16420 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AcWinRT.dll 6.2.9200.16420.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AcWinRT.dll 6.2.9200.16420 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AcWinRT.dll 6.2.9200.16420 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AcWinRT.dll 6.2.9200.16420 and press Enter.
