Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AgGCAlsSamplePrep.dll
2.Extract AgGCAlsSamplePrep.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgGCAlsSamplePrep.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgGCAlsSamplePrep.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgGCAlsSamplePrep.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AgGCAlsSamplePrep.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AgGCAlsSamplePrep.dll and press Enter.
