Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AppProvider.dll
2.Extract AppProvider.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AppProvider.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AppProvider.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AppProvider.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AppProvider.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AppProvider.dll and press Enter.
