Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AxPTMAPOCXLib.dll
2.Extract AxPTMAPOCXLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AxPTMAPOCXLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AxPTMAPOCXLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AxPTMAPOCXLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AxPTMAPOCXLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AxPTMAPOCXLib.dll and press Enter.
