Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AxialTensionPrestressed.dll
2.Extract AxialTensionPrestressed.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AxialTensionPrestressed.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AxialTensionPrestressed.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AxialTensionPrestressed.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AxialTensionPrestressed.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AxialTensionPrestressed.dll and press Enter.
