Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ABBFdt100DatasetManager.dll
2.Extract ABBFdt100DatasetManager.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ABBFdt100DatasetManager.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ABBFdt100DatasetManager.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ABBFdt100DatasetManager.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ABBFdt100DatasetManager.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ABBFdt100DatasetManager.dll and press Enter.
