Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AIO23flash.dll
2.Extract AIO23flash.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AIO23flash.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AIO23flash.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AIO23flash.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AIO23flash.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AIO23flash.dll and press Enter.
