Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ASMLOPT216A.dll 216.0.0.4501
2.Extract ASMLOPT216A.dll 216.0.0.4501 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ASMLOPT216A.dll 216.0.0.4501 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ASMLOPT216A.dll 216.0.0.4501.
