Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AZL03BIIP.dll
2.Extract AZL03BIIP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AZL03BIIP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AZL03BIIP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AZL03BIIP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AZL03BIIP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AZL03BIIP.dll and press Enter.
