Using the zip or rar file
1.Download accmonitor.dll
2.Extract accmonitor.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract accmonitor.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting accmonitor.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract accmonitor.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place accmonitor.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 accmonitor.dll and press Enter.
