Using the zip or rar file
1.Download athcfg11resloc.dll
2.Extract athcfg11resloc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract athcfg11resloc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting athcfg11resloc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract athcfg11resloc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place athcfg11resloc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 athcfg11resloc.dll and press Enter.
