Using the zip or rar file
1.Download axmsctrl.dll 5,3,10,1123
2.Extract axmsctrl.dll 5,3,10,1123 from .zip. We recommend that you extract axmsctrl.dll 5,3,10,1123 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting axmsctrl.dll 5,3,10,1123.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract axmsctrl.dll 5,3,10,1123 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place axmsctrl.dll 5,3,10,1123 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 axmsctrl.dll 5,3,10,1123 and press Enter.
