Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Actr30S.dll 9.0.0.0
2.Extract Actr30S.dll 9.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Actr30S.dll 9.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Actr30S.dll 9.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Actr30S.dll 9.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Actr30S.dll 9.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Actr30S.dll 9.0.0.0 and press Enter.
