Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AgSM7890Tests.resources.dll
2.Extract AgSM7890Tests.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgSM7890Tests.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgSM7890Tests.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgSM7890Tests.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AgSM7890Tests.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AgSM7890Tests.resources.dll and press Enter.
