Using the zip or rar file
1.Download appenvmnu.dll
2.Extract appenvmnu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract appenvmnu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting appenvmnu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract appenvmnu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place appenvmnu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 appenvmnu.dll and press Enter.
