Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BK01COMP.DLL
2.Extract BK01COMP.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract BK01COMP.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BK01COMP.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BK01COMP.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BK01COMP.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BK01COMP.DLL and press Enter.
