Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BwsRC.dll
2.Extract BwsRC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BwsRC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BwsRC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BwsRC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BwsRC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BwsRC.dll and press Enter.
