Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BRCI04UI.DLL 5.0.0.16
2.Extract BRCI04UI.DLL 5.0.0.16 from .zip. We recommend that you extract BRCI04UI.DLL 5.0.0.16 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BRCI04UI.DLL 5.0.0.16.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BRCI04UI.DLL 5.0.0.16 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BRCI04UI.DLL 5.0.0.16 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BRCI04UI.DLL 5.0.0.16 and press Enter.
