Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BRCLR01.DLL 5.0.0.19
2.Extract BRCLR01.DLL 5.0.0.19 from .zip. We recommend that you extract BRCLR01.DLL 5.0.0.19 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BRCLR01.DLL 5.0.0.19.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BRCLR01.DLL 5.0.0.19 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BRCLR01.DLL 5.0.0.19 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BRCLR01.DLL 5.0.0.19 and press Enter.
