Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BRCLRD06.DLL 1.0.0.1
2.Extract BRCLRD06.DLL 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract BRCLRD06.DLL 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BRCLRD06.DLL 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BRCLRD06.DLL 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BRCLRD06.DLL 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BRCLRD06.DLL 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
