Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BRURD23A.DLL 1.0.4.0
2.Extract BRURD23A.DLL 1.0.4.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract BRURD23A.DLL 1.0.4.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BRURD23A.DLL 1.0.4.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BRURD23A.DLL 1.0.4.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BRURD23A.DLL 1.0.4.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BRURD23A.DLL 1.0.4.0 and press Enter.
