Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BRUUI23A.DLL 1.0.4.0
2.Extract BRUUI23A.DLL 1.0.4.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract BRUUI23A.DLL 1.0.4.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BRUUI23A.DLL 1.0.4.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BRUUI23A.DLL 1.0.4.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BRUUI23A.DLL 1.0.4.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
