Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BSCRENG.DLL
2.Extract BSCRENG.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract BSCRENG.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BSCRENG.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BSCRENG.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BSCRENG.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BSCRENG.DLL and press Enter.
