Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BUGREP10.dll
2.Extract BUGREP10.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BUGREP10.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BUGREP10.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BUGREP10.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BUGREP10.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BUGREP10.dll and press Enter.
