Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BatchRenShell.dll
2.Extract BatchRenShell.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BatchRenShell.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BatchRenShell.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BatchRenShell.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BatchRenShell.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BatchRenShell.dll and press Enter.
