Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Bc520rtl.dll 2.0
2.Extract Bc520rtl.dll 2.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Bc520rtl.dll 2.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Bc520rtl.dll 2.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Bc520rtl.dll 2.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Bc520rtl.dll 2.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Bc520rtl.dll 2.0 and press Enter.
